Getting An Error When Clicking On The Preview Link On Receivables Command Center (Doc ID 2514552.1)

Symptoms

While trying to Preview a Transaction in Oracle Enterprise Command Center for Outstanding Receivables, the following error occurs:

 

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: An error occurred while generating the PDF. Review the log files for more information and contact your system administrator.
at oracle.apps.ar.bpa.presentment.webui.PageCO.showPdf(PageCO.java:186)
at oracle.apps.ar.bpa.presentment.webui.PageCO.processRequest(PageCO.java:381)
