Goal
Find that there are two Sales orders with the same order number in the same Operating Unit.
For example, Sales Order# 123 appears to have been created twice and one sales order is not opening in the Order Organizer where as it can be found in the backend.
1. Can order numbers be changed to a different order number?
2. Why is one sales order not available to query and open from the Order Organizer ?
