When playing content with sound in IE 11, cannot hear sound.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Player Package
2. Click a mode with content that contains sound
3. Notice issue.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot hear sound when playing UPK content.
