Unable To Connect MWA (Doc ID 2516103.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, SUPPORT

Implementing Mobile Application 8.0 (Oracle Mobile Approvals) on test environment for EBS Suite 12.1.3,
but now Mobile Application 1.7 getting the error below if try to connect to EBS server.


ERROR
-----------------------
Unable to connect to the E-Business Suite server.
Please enter valid server URL.




 

http(s)://<hostname>:<port>/OA_HTML/RF.jsp?function_id=mConfig&bundleId=<application bundle id>&file=ebs-mobile-config.xml
It returns the same error >>> http 500

ant -f EBSMblConfigApps.xml  fails with following

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NullPointerException
at oracle.apps.fnd.mobile.config.setup.client.ConfigurationClient.main(ConfigurationClient.java:342)
