Rescheduling Concurrent Process Changes The Running Schedule From "Periodically" To "Once" For The Finished Requests (Doc ID 2516178.1)

On 12.1.3 version, Request Processing

If a Concurrent Request has it's Schedule Options changed, when clicking "View Details" -> "Schedule" the "Run the Job..." options are being changed from "Periodically" to "Once".

The details should not be changed to "Once" and they information should be shown with "Periodically" and the details for re-run should be kept.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Scheduled a program to run every day at 6 AM. Assume program ran for 10 days. In all those 10 requests it is being seen in the "Schedule options" section -> "Run the job" tab: "Periodically: Re-Run every 1 day" starting from: xxxxx.
2. At the 11th day if one changes the schedule to run at 7 AM instead of 6 AM, in those 10 historical programs schedule window shows it as "Once" rather than "Periodically: Re-run every 1 day".

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the history for the Scheduled Concurrent Programs are not being kept.
