"Get Contracts" Button On The Service Requests Form Does Not Retrieve A Contract For Some Items

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When creating a service request for a customer and an item the contract is not retrieved for the service request. Some items do return a valid contract.
The item is assigned to the contract so it is expected that the contract is found.
1. Go to Service Request form
2. Enter customer details and an item
3. Select 'get contracts'
4. Contract does not get retrieved
