Symptoms

Cannot Add Candidate for a Role.

Go to Project XXX > Resources > Scheduled People > Specific Role (like Consulting.5) and Click on Candidate > Add Candidate > Search for Specific Person > Apply

       You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.
