Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When setting up Learning with a test, a value for 'Time Allowed in Minutes' at Test level is set to 1 minute.
In Learning Manager, if the trainee exceeded the allowed time, Oracle will consider the trainee as Failed
and no response will be recorded although the employee answered some question correctly.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system should take into consideration the correct answers not specified the trainee as Failed (not passed).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set 'Time Allowed in Minutes' for a Test (number on minutes)
2. Trainee start the player
3. Trainee answers some questions (some of them are correct)
4. Trainee exceeded the time specified in 1st step
5. The system does not take into consideration the correct answers not specified the trainee as Failed (not passed)
