On : 12.1.3 version, Change Management

Error when generating reports for few change orders. 

ERROR

Error : Message not found. Application: EGO, Message Name: EGO_REP_XMLDATA_GEN_ERROR.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation -> Change Order Simple or Advanced search -> Select a Change order-> Select Generate report-> Go-> Select any export template(summary or detail)-> Output format as *.pdf -> Export
Output -> Error : Message not found. Application: EGO, Message Name: EGO_REP_XMLDATA_GEN_ERROR.

Already applied <Patch 14181983>:R12.EGO.C, still the error can be replicated for few Change orders.
