Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 Field Service Debrief
When attempting to complete a debrief for a material item the following error occurs.
This problem may happen only for some items.
ERROR

An instance could not be found for the item and location information provided
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a task
2. Create a material debrief line for the item/subinv
3. Complete debrief.
4. Error occurs
