On : 12.2 version, Third Party Data Integration,

When attempting to access the DnB database (Dunn and Bradstreet) , the following error occurs.

ERROR

"Unable to connect to the DnB database." Please resubmit your request or try again later. If the problem persists, then please contact your Oracle Applications System Administrator."


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot connect to the DnB database.
