Goal

New values created for the quick code tables for tables SITE_USE_CODE and PARTY_SITE_USE_CODE.
The entries are in the FND_LOOKUP_VALUES table, but their entries have the column called ZD_SYNC=INSERTED, where all other entries show ZD_SYNC=SYNCED

The new site usage codes in either Customers Online to add a party site use, or in Receivables under Customers to add a new site use to the customer address are not available for selection.
