An Undentified Error Occurs Opening a GTM Trade Transaction From a Shipment Smart Link (Doc ID 2518842.1)

Symptoms

An Undentified Error occurs attempting to open a GTM Trade Transaction through the Shipment Smart Link.

The Above occurs when navigating to Shipment Management Search Screen. Once the shipment is located.within the shipment screen, check the checkbox next to the shipment.

Proceed to right click on the shipment., which will  enable the SmartLinks menu.

Within the SmartLinks Menu scroll down  and click on 'View Related Trade Transaction', to open the  GTM Transaction Screen.  Proceed to click on the Trade Transaction.

Clicking on the Trade Transaction results with Message  " An Undentified Error has occurred .Please Try again later"
