ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales Order Line Project and Task Not getting populated on the Bill Plan Lines generated after running Create Billing Program
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The project and task can be populated after Create Billing Program
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created a Sales Order and Entered an Order Line with Project and Task
2. Generated the Bill Plan Lines
3. Booked the Sales Order
4. Fulfilled the Sales Order Line
5. Invoiced the Sales Order Line
6. Ran Create Billing Program to generate the Bill Plan Lines
7. The new Sales Order Line created from the Source Line did not have the Project and Task.
