Purpose
MFS technician might have a large amount of data to download in the very first sync initiated immediately after his User creation and/or inventory assignment. Naturally it will take a long time to prepare and process this data since the cache is not yet built for this user. During this span of long synchronization time, the user has to attend to his mobile device to avoid the app from going background which might interrupt the network connection or the default connection timeout might kick in with the error message 'Connection timed out'. So, the sync performed at this particular time has a slightly higher chances of failure compared to the syncs performed at all other times
Scope
The scope of this concurrent program is limited to Apps releases 12.1.3 and 12.2.x releases only.
