ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Import Items (INCOIN) completed with INV_ORDERABLE_ON_WEB error as below.
Same item when you try to update from front end, we are able to update the item, where as from import item is not working as expected.

MESSAGE_TEXT : This item cannot be ordered on the Web
Cause: Orderable On the Web flag may be enabled only if Customer Orders Enabled is on.
