On : 12.2.8 version, Catalog items
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Value set not displaying translatable value (_TL value) in Item pages in View Mode
Value set assigned to attribute in item pages not displaying translatable value in Item pages when pages are viewed in 'View' Mode.
E.g EGO_YES_NO value set assigned across an attribute is displaying 'Y' or 'N' instead of 'Yes' or 'No' in view mode.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After saving, values show as Y , Y. (expect: Yes, Yes)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update check box attribute, or LOV value (Translatable independent)
2. See values on UI in view mode (Y/Y), but Edit mode shows Translatable values (Yes / Yes)
