IProcurement Punchout Error When Returning From Cart (Doc ID 2519342.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Punchout to Supplier or hub

When attempting to return items from a punchout to cart, the following error occurs:

ERROR

Webpage cannot be found


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iProcurement > access punchout store
2. Add items and transfer cart
3. error occurs.


Due to this issue, users cannot return items from punchout to iProcurement
