Receivables Quick Code Updates
It is desired to remove some seeded values from the Receivables lookup table CUSTOMER_CLASS. The values were previously end_dated and a data fix was obtained from Oracle and applied. This did remove the values from the English LOV. However are now finding that the values do not appear to be removed from the lists when other languages are used. Users in France and Brazil are still seeing the values that appear to be removed for US users.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. The LOV for any language other than English shows the removed values from the Customer Class Lookup table. This instance's primary language is English. (or the instance's primary language)
2. The disabled seeded values are available in the LOV for every language other than English. (or whatever the instance's primary language)
If it is desired to remove seeded values from a lookup table, Please log a Service Request for an update script to remove the values.
