PROBLEM STATEMENT

On 12.2.5 instance When running 'India - Outside Processing Challan¿, Form
Numbers Form and Form Numbers To fields are expecting numeric value only and
providing error message "APP-FND-01260 valid characters are 0-9 Error" when
we enter Alpha Numeric value.

Expected Behavior
================================
Expect that system should equally take alpha numeric values as well.

Steps for replication:-
-----------------------
1. Navigate to India Local Purchasing --> View --> Request --> Submit New Request --> OK.
2. Try to run India - Outside Processing Challan concurrent by passing Alpha Numeric value in Form Numbers From or Form Numbers To then issue can be seen.
