Symptoms


When attempting to view online Payslip, the following error occurs.

"You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance"
XML-20121: (Fatal Error) End tag does not match start tag 'G_PAY_TYPE'

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using Employee Self-Service Responsibility->Payslip

2. Error occurs

3. System Administrator > Profile > System Enter FND: Diagnostics in the profile field
Select "Yes" from the List Of Values > Save

4. Try to reproduce the error

5. You should now see the same "Unexpected Error" message with the addition of a "Click here" link. Click the link 'here' to show the stack trace of the error
