Symptoms

On : R12 version, Cannot Communicate with DnB from any EBS Instance.
The connection was successful yesterday and today the connection errors.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
DnB search and results, query company

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Due to this issue, users cannot Communicate with DnB  (Dunn and Bradstreet).
