EKanban Planning Workbench Is Not Displaying Any Results Even Though Kanban Planner (Doc ID 2520859.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Kanban Execution and Planning

eKanban Planning Workbench is not displaying any results, even when the Kanban Planner has completed fine and there are results in the database.
If we give some filter criteria like item name, it gives the results. But this also works intermittently. The below error occurs most of the time:

A connection to the server has failed. (status = 503)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Flow Manufacturing
2. eKanban Planning Workbench
3. No results found
