Depot Repair Tech Portal Materials Section Renders Slowly When Selecting 'Issue Qty 1' Button (Doc ID 2521018.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, Repair Execution

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The screen refresh on the technician portal page is very slow when there are many material lines.

1. Open the technician portal
2. Query a service order
3. Select 'service execution' tab
4. Go to the materials section.
5. Add many material lines..  e.g.   typically 80+ lines causes the problem to occur
6. Select the 'issue qty 1' button.  The screen takes a few seconds to refresh. 
7. In most cases the users select the button multiple times.  e.g.  they need to issue qty = 5.  They will click the button 5 times.  This can take 20
seconds or more to wait for the screen to refresh after each click.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Depot Repair Technician Portal Materials section should render faster.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
R>Depot Repair User
1. Open the technician portal
2. Query a service order
3. Select 'Service Execution' tab.
4. Go to the Materials section.
5. Add many material lines e.g. typically the customer has 80+ lines.

The performance problem does not happen when there are only a few material lines.
