Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Cost Maintenance
When attempting to run Update Standard Cost and check the results
the following error occurs.
ERROR

It was found that the Update Standard Cost does not delete Resource Overheads selecting option Delete Resource Overhead = Yes
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Update Standard Cost with option Delete Resource Overhead = Yes
2. Review if the Standard Cost was able to Delete Resource Overhead cost element
