Unable to Disable WSH_PICK_PRIOR_RSV Warning for WSHPSRS

Goal
When pick releasing under the following condition.
- Case1 (meet all the conditions)
- Shipping Parameters > Enforce Ship Sets and Ship Models : ON
- Order Line is assigned to Ship Set
- Order Line is partially reserved
- Case2
- Supply type of the reservation is not Inventory
(In Back To Back process, Supply Type of the Reservation is not Inventory but Purchase Order or External Requisition, and Reservation Details can be checked by Order Line > Tools > Scheduling > Reservation Details)
- Supply type of the reservation is not Inventory
Then Pick Selection List Generation - SRS concurrent is executed against Prior Reservations Only then
the following warning happens and concurrent completes as warning.
WSH_PICK_PRIOR_RSV
Prior Reservations is specified during Pick Release but quantity is not reserved or Ship Set or Ship Model Complete line is partially reserved
Prior Reservations is specified during Pick Release but quantity is not reserved or Ship Set or Ship Model Complete line is partially reserved
And disabling WSH_PICK_PRIOR_RSV shipping exception will not change the behavior.
Is there any way to change concurrent status from warning to success?
