Location Is Not Getting Transfered When Using Global Deployment (Doc ID 2521445.1)

You have the following setup: when creating a new Proposal for Global Deployment, the Location is automatically defaulting based on the Department picked from the list of value.
After initiating return when checking the employee location is empty and it is not getting transferred even thou the field was populated during the process.

Location should be populated after the global deployment transfer.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. XX HRMS Responsability -> Global Deployment
  2. Create Proposal and select Source Business Group and sample employee. Select the sample employee and click continue
  3. Select Deployment type as Permanent and Click Next
  4. Select Department and then Location will auto populate don’t change it. Populate all other details as required.
  5. Populate Mandatory fields and click next.
  6. Review Details and Submit
  7. Click Yes on Warning
  8. On Global Deployments screen enter Destination Business Group and Employee Number and click GO.
  9. Once you get the required record click on Initiate deployment
  10. Open the Employee in the Destination business group and check its location on assignment screen, it will be blank..
