Goal
Data issue in FTI Development/Test instances due to refreshing OTM instance from production
How to:
(1) Delete the rows in FTI tables that were gathered during the three months since OTM was last refreshed.
(2) Run the ETL and gather all the data for the last three months.
user would like to avoid doing a full ETL each time.
