Symptoms
After upgrading from 11i to R12.1.3 version,
not able to create the WebADI template,
Create Document showing below error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Journal > Launch Journal Wizard > select Layout as Functional Actuals - Single
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a document in webadi.
