On : 12.1.3 version, Service Request Form

While create Task from Task Template for task creation getting the following error

Status 3 is either disabled or invalid.CS_SR_TSK_CREATE_TASK_FAILED

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to applications and go to Service Responsibility
2.Navigate to Service Requests >Create Service requests
3. Create a service request.
4. Go to tasks tab. Click on "Use Template" button
5. "Create tasks from Task template group" form opens.
6. Select the template group.
7. Set the assignee type as "Employee"
8. Enter the Assignee
9. Now click on Create tasks button.

the above error appears.
