Symptoms

The 'Accounting Program' process spawned from 'Create Accounting' has failed with error.  Users are unable to roll back the process or re-run it and journals have not been transferred to GL.

An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_transfer_pkg.gl_interface_insert. ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4160 bytes of shared mem
