Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Service Request Form

When attempting to search an service request the following error occur

ERROR

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item INCIDENT_TRACKING.COUNTRY

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open service request form.
2. Search one of the old Service Request.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Search / Create Service Requests
