R12 How to Split Assets (Doc ID 2522340.1)

Goal

After generating an asset in projects, user is unable to split assets to send a portion of cost to assets and leave a portion unassigned.

After generating asset, they had to change many lines to unassigned as they did not want all these lines to go be transferred when they run PRC: Interface Assets to Oracle Assets.

Once these were changed to Unassigned, they attempted to split desired line. They could select new asset generated for 50%, but could not select Unassigned for portion remaining.
