Enter And Maintain Form in HRMS Manager Not Able to Query With Blank Identification For Applicant (Doc ID 2522373.1)

On: 12.2.7 version, People Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Enter and Maintain form in HRMS Manager not able to query with Blank Identification for Applicant.

N> US HRMS Manager > People > Enter and Maintain

Close the Find Person (search screen).

Query the People Form (F11). Enter the applicant number in the identification and Ctrl +F11.
There will not be any search - Query caused no records to be retrieved. Re-enter

But when select the Identifier as 'Applicant' and enter the applicant number and Ctrl + F11 then the form returns the result.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The applicant information will be retrieved.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HRMS Manager
2. People Enter and Maintain > F11 enter applicant number
3. Ctrl-F11 no results are shown, message reads
Please fill in selective criteria in at least one of the following fields for performance reasons: Name: Last, Name: First, Employee Number, Social Security.
