Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Patch Application Issues

When attempting to apply patch 22466239:R12.PRC_PF.C
the following error occurs.

Revoking the grants on object "APPS.ICX_CAT_ENDECA_ITEMS_INCR_V" not given by "INV.MTL_UNITS_OF_MEASURE_TL#" to APPS
Revoking the grants on object "APPS.ICX_CAT_ENDECA_ITEMS_INCR_V" not given by "APPLSYS.FND_LOOKUP_VALUES#" to APPS

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply the patch
2. Patch errors as outlined above
