Unable To Open Treasury Confirmation Inquiry Form From an Agency Specific Responsibility

Symptoms

Users are unable to open Treasury Confirmation inquiry form and the error forces user to exit Application.

Form initially shows the following error and then series of errors pop up until application exits.


1) From a non-Agency specific Responsibility, when you click Treasury Confirmation Inquiry as soon as the form opens it is populated with the information.

2) From an Agency specific Responsibility, when you click Treasury Confirmation Inquiry, the form opens and is query mode. It takes approx 14+ minutes for the query to complete and the form to populate.

3) If you try to cancel the query or get of the form before the query completes, you receive multiple errors and eventually get kicked out of the system.

4) The form behaves the same way in the 12.1 and 12.2 environments.
