Goal

Portuguese Public Entities started requiring e-invoices . Starting on 1 January 2019, e-invoices are made compulsory for every public entity and every company that has commercial dealings with those entities.

The Portuguese government has developed eSPap; a platform to service electronic invoicing in public procurement.

Since this is a legal requirement , is oracle supporting the functionality.
