OPM Formula screen - "Error FRM-40202: Field must be entered" - Not Allowing User To Enter The Organziation Field (Doc ID 2522741.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Formula screen

On the formula screen, if mistakenly organization is blanked out and the tab below as the current focus is INGREDIENT tab, then "Field must be entered" error message keeps on popping up and not the system is not allowing to the user to fill the organization and not even allowing the user to close the form.

In order to close the form, the user needs to close the complete session by closing the browser.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a formula and enter the organization
2. Navigate to the Ingredients tab
3. Blank out the organization
4. With focus before having been on the below Ingredients tab, try to enter the organization.
5 See error FRM-40202: Field must be entered repeatedly and cannot get out of the form or enter in the organization.
