Symptoms
On Production: 12.2 HRMS RUP12 version, OTL Setup
When attempting to create Eligibility Criteria, new rule and select Link by - Time and Labor Preference from LOV and hit tab,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
FRM-41072: Cannot create Group PEOPLE_SEGMENT1
FRM-41076: Error populating Group.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new rule and select Link by - Time and Labor Preference from LOV and hit tab
then you get the below error message:
a. FRM-41072: Cannot create Group PEOPLE_SEGMENT1
b. FRM-41076: Error populating Group.
