ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A blank screen is displayed when trying to view the map from the Dispatch Center Form > Maps button
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Dispatch Center Maps should be shown when maps button clicked
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to EBS
2. Navigated to Field Service Manager responsibility > Dispatch center
3. While clicking on maps button in dispatch center form a blank page is displayed.
