Error When Trying To Do Adjustment: FRM-40735 ON-INSERT Trigger Raised Unhandled Exception ORA-01476 (Doc ID 2523784.1)

Symptoms

User not able to apply adjustment.
Issue happened when transaction has been already adjusted fully with the invoice 
type adjustment with Tax rate Code : invoice and Recoverable checked.

And user try reverse TAX type adjustment with Tax rate 
Code : invoice and Recoverable checked the user getting these error
