ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Print friendly format results in not showing in full screen

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Print friendly format results should be in depicted in full screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service Requests -> Create Service Requests.
2. Query for the SR number and proceed to Log and Notes.
3. Click on Print Friendly Format that shows results not in full screen.
