ORACLE logo in Help Pages Is Not Shown If Accessed from External AP server and Click Help In DMZ env

On R12.2.6 env which has DMZ implemented as NOTE:1375670.1 'Section 2.4: DMZ configuration with multiple Internal/External application tiers in the Intranet and DMZ' with one External Loadbalancer (https://<external>.<domain>:<port>) and one Internal Loadbalancer (https://<internal>.<domain>:<port>) which routes to 2 external AP (APEXT1,APEXT2) and 2 internal AP (APINT1,APINT2).
When external(internet) users access Help pages after logging in EBS from external LB (https://<internal>.<domain>:<port>) which routes to one of the 2 external AP servers (APEXT1,APEXT2), then click Help menu, the Help pages shows correctly except the top left ORACLE logo is not shown. When right-click on the image (ORACLE logo) and select property, one can see the URL for FNDSSCORP.gif has the Internal AP servers URL, and therefore cannot be accessed. Other gifs in the same help text which is showing correctly, has the External AP servers URL and therefore showing correctly (eg. feat_treehp_co.gif).
1. Login from External Loadbalancer (https://<external>.<domain>:<port>) to access EBS OAF page.
2. At any OAF page, click Help icon on top right of the page.
3. The ORACLE logo on top left is not shown.
