Symptoms
On 12.2.7 version R12.HR_PF.C.Delta.12 of Application.
When trying to Save and Compile a Fast Formula in a Multi Node RAC Instance, following error appears
ERROR

"APP-FF-33538 : Internal Error: Code 1=FF_FDI_USAGES: ORA-3113
Cause: An Oracle error occurred in the function
ffgadu().
Action: Please refer to System Administrator."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login using "HRMS Manager" Responsibility.
2. Navigate to Total Compensation --> Basic --> Fast Formula --> Write Formula.
3. Try to Create a New Formula and save and compile it and got the above error message.
