When attempting to complete a Work Order, the following error occurs.
2. Cannot complete work order (NNNNN) as error has occurred while disabling counter hierarchy
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Error while trying to complete Work Order – NNNNN
1. Path – EAM Self Service Workbench > Click Home > Choose Organization = FTT from LOV and click Go
2. Click on Work Orders Tab > Enter Work Order Number = NNNNN and Click Go
3. Select Work Order radio button > Choose Complete Work Order from LOV > Populate the source meter values (from LOV) and click Apply.
