Error While Trying To Complete Work Order In Oracle EAM. (Doc ID 2524963.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to complete a Work Order, the following error occurs.

ERROR

1. ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows in Package EAM_Meter_Pub Procedure update_meter
2. Cannot complete work order (NNNNN) as error has occurred while disabling counter hierarchy


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Error while trying to complete Work Order – NNNNN
1. Path – EAM Self Service Workbench > Click Home > Choose Organization = FTT from LOV and click Go
2. Click on Work Orders Tab > Enter Work Order Number = NNNNN and Click Go
3. Select Work Order radio button > Choose Complete Work Order from LOV > Populate the source meter values (from LOV) and click Apply.
