Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Complete EBS application Services were started as scheduled

After restarting the services users could not get the EBS login page using the EBS url

Error Mentioned while opening EBS URL: http://<hostname>:<port>

Unable to connect
Navigator can't establish a connection to the server at <hostname>:<port>

1. The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few  moments.
2 If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
3. If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Navigator is permitted to access the Web.
