Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, WMS Inquiries

Actual Behavior
In Oracle Warehouse Management, the WMS Control Board form has a performance issue when queried for the completed Outbound tasks using the Creation Date.
 

Expected Behavior
Expect return to be 2 to 3 minutes

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to warehouse control Board and query completed tasks With creation date
