Emails Are Not Showing In Supervisor Queue After Applying CPU patch 28840561 (Doc ID 2525198.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
In the Email Center Supervisor Summary page, the 'Emails in Queue' field for the email accounts are showing email counts (ex: 182).
But in the Email Center Supervisor Queue page, when email account is selected, there is no email showing in the queue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Supervisor should be able to view the emails in queue (for the email account which he is having the access).


STEPS
----------
This issue can be reproducible in following steps,

1) Apply EBS CPU Patch 28840561

2) Navigate to (R)Email Center Supervisor > Email Center Supervisor Console > Supervisor > Queue

3) Select the email account form the drop-down.
