After Upgrading To Windows 10 Receive Error FRM-41081 And Icons Are Very Small In Several Forms (Doc ID 2525283.1)

Symptoms

An error occurs when attempting to use one of the following forms -

    - Find Service Request
    - Depot Repair Find Repair Orders
    - Task Manager Form

This happens on specific computers that were upgraded form Windows 7 to Windows 10.

Error:

FRM-41081: Cannot move item: invalid position

Also, all icons in the toolbar and the form itself are extremely small.

 




STEPS
-----------------------
1. On a computer that was upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, open the Find Service Request form
2. The reported error occurs and the icons very small

What is Working:

If the same user logs in using a different [working] machine, the problem does not exist.

Changes

 Upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10.
