When there are pending workflow transactions the purge program is removing the Assignment and Person records , however the FND user account is not removed .
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run iRecruitment Purge old Data Concurrent request to purge old Candidate details
2.Query the FND user Account associated with this purged candidate
